Macau: Ying at Crown

Much more subtle tasting that anything else I ate in Hong Kong, from a Dim Sum point of view. I think Ying is worth it's Michelin star.

Pricier than the regular Hong Kong fare but worth it if one takes time to enjoy the food and soak in the great view.

Fresh Milk Tarts with bird's nest.

However, it seems that the service went down a bit.
