Hong Kong: Chef May!

It doesn't happen often but when it does, it's quite good...

May has been cooking!
I have been quite busy lately and May put the apron on, resulting in great food. Me think she should do that more often!

Leeks, eggs and cheese torta. Very yummy. The leeks in Hong Kong are very good. Much better than those we used to get in Canada. The white part is most of the leek's lenght.

Poached Salmon Salad with Garlic anchovy dressing. Mmmmmm... nam!
