Hong Kong: Linguini Fini for brunch

Lazy Saturday with no hiking for me (hikehongkong.blogspot.com) so we checked-out Linguini Fini for brunch. I had been there for lunch in the past as it is within a 1 minute walk from work. Turns out that they churn out pretty good brunches as well.
The low-point was the yogurt which was 75% other stuff than yogurt (mostly Muslix-type cereals) and not anywhere as nice as what one can get at Pret-A-Manger. On the other hand, the eggs-benedict were quite loverly and unusual; the hollandaise sauce is the key with its nice zesty and spicy 'nduja smothering perfectly cooked eggs (runny) and mortadella. It was a very nice change for the traditional rendition of the dish.
The French toast was a but more ordinary.

Verdict? Affordable and with eggs Benedict that are well worth the detour, go for it!
